Recipe Notes: sparged with 5 gallons instead of 5.56 gallons. 13 brix at the start of the 90 minute boil. 1.065 going into the fermenter. Because of trub, i was only able to get 4.5 gallons into the fermenter.
Day 8- Transferred to the secondary
Day 16- Bottled, tasted great. SG. 1.012
Tasting Notes: After being bottled and stuck in the fridge for 1 month at 34 degrees its ready to drink. Its very clean tasting beer, and has a hop bitterness that lingers only for a moment then its gone. It tastes clean enough for a session beer, but the ABV is on t
